BIOS Setup

Serial Port 1/ 2

This setting enables/disables the specied serial port.

Change Settings

This setting is used to change the address & IRQ settings of the

specied serial port.

Mode Select

Select an operation mode for the serial port 1.

FIFO Mode

This setting controls the FIFO data transfer mode.

Shared IRQ Mode

This setting provides the system with the ability to share interrupts

among its serial ports.

Watch Dog Timer

You can enable the system watch-dog timer, a hardware timer that

generates a reset when the software that it monitors does not re-

spond as expected each time the watch dog polls it.

H/W Monitor

These items display the current status of all monitored hardware devices/

components such as voltages, temperatures and all fans’ speeds.
