After activation the motor
is too loud. It is not possi-
ble to suspend a load.
• Current and voltage
too low
• The capacitor is
damaged.
• Supply correct cur-
rent and voltage
• Replace the capacitor
Unusually loud noises • Incorrect lubrication
• Transmission and
bearing damaged due
to wear and tear
• Incorrectly mounted
• Apply more grease
• Check and replace
transmission and
bearing if needed
• Check assembly and
repair element ma-
king the noise
Incorrect power supply
to hoist
• No earthing
• Internal cabling in
contact with the
housing
• Check or connect
earth
• Check internal cabling
The traverse mechanism
does not work
• The traverse button
is faulty
• Repair or adjust the
traverse button
The motor is unable to lift
the load
• Continuous operati-
on leads to excessive
build up of heat in the
internal motor coils
and may even lead to
it burning out
• Cool the motor and
then start it up as per
normal
