Therepairor replacementof anywarrantedpart otherwiseeligiblefor warrantycoveragemaybeexcludedfromsuchwarrantycoverageif MTDConsumerGroup
Incdemonstratesthatthe outdoorequipmentenginehasbeenabused,neglected,orimproperlymaintained,and thatsuchabuse,neglect,or impropermainte-
nancewasthe directcauseof the needfor repairor replacementofthe part.Thatnotwithstanding,anyadjustmentof a componentthat hasa factoryinstalled,
and properlyoperating,adjustmentlimitingdeviceisstill eligiblefor warrantycoverage.Further,the coverageunderthis warrantyextendsonlyto partsthat were
presentonthe off-roadengineand equipmentpurchased.
