upperandlowerhandles.
a. Pullupand backon upperhandleasshownin
Figure3-1.Makecertainthe lowerhandleis seated
securelyintothe handlemountingbrackets.Donot
crimpcablewhileliftingthehandleup.
b. Tightenstarknobssecuringupperhandleto lower
handle.See Figure3-1.Makesurethateach
carriageboltisseatedproperlyinthe handle.
2. Locatethehairpinclipon theweldpinon eachside
lowerhandle.

Removehairpinclipfromthis hole.Usinga pair
ofpliers,inserthairpinclip into the holeon pin
closesttothe bracket.SeeFigure3-2. Repeaton
otherside.
b.
Inserta carriagebolt fromthe hardwarepackinto
theupperholeonthe handlemountingbracketas
shownin Figure3-2. Securewithone plasticwing
nut,alsoincludedinthehardwarepack.Repeaton
