Thejackstandisshippedinthetransportposition.
1. Removethespringclipandclevispinand pivot
thejack standtowardsthegroundtotheoperating
position.
2. Securethejackstandin positionwiththeclevispin
andspringclip.SeeFigure3-1.
Attaching the Tongue
1. Withthelogsplitterstillstandingupright,removetwo
hexboltsandhexnutsfromthetankbracket.See
Figure3-2.
2. Aligntheholesinthetonguewiththeholesin thetank
bracketandsecurewithhardwarejust removed.See
Figure3-2.
NOTE:Highpressurehosemustbeabovethetongue
assembly.

Thelogsplitterisshippedwiththebeamin thevertical
position.
1. Pullouttheverticalbeamlock,rotateitback,and
pivotthebeamtothehorizontalpositionuntilitlocks.

2. Disconnectthedislodgerfromthebeamweldbracket
