(8) Throughouttheengine'swarrantyperioddefinedinSubsection(a)(2),MTDwillmaintaina supplyof warrantedpartssufficienttomeetthe
expecteddemandforsuchparts.
(9) Anyreplacementpart maybe usedin the performanceofanywarrantymaintenanceor repairsandmustbe providedwithoutchargetothe
owner.Such usewill not reducethewarrantyobligationsofMTD.
(10)Add-onormodifiedpartsthatarenot exemptedby theAir ResourcesBoardmaynotbeused.The useof anynon-exemptedadd-onor
modifiedpartsshallbegroundsfordisallowinga warrantyclaimmadeinaccordancewiththisarticle.Theenginemanufacturershallnotbe
liableunderthisarticleto warrantfailuresof warrantedpartscausedby the useof non-exemptedadd-onor modifiedpart.
