TROUBLE CAUSE REMEDY
Engine won't start
Fuel quantity is insufficient or a
contaminated fuel is used
Top the clean fuel
Throttle not in the position to start
engine
Place the throttle to the start
position
Fuel system clogged Clean the fuel system*
Spark plug Clean the spark plug, check the
plug electrode gap or use a new
spark plug
Coupler not working
Worn belt Replacement*
Spring failure Replacement*
Slipping Coupler cable check/adjustment
