1. Inspect the clipper making sure that it is free from hair and dirt.
2. Make sure that the Hair clipper is free of oil between the cutting blade
teeth. Wipe off any excess oil and then turn the unit ON to distribute the oil
and to make sure it is running smoothly. This should be done after each
use.
3. Before cutting, always comb the hair so it is tangle-free and dry.
4. Seat the person whose hair you will be cutting in such a way that their
head is at the height of your chest.
5. Use a towel to cover the neck and shoulders to protect clothing from hair
clippings.
6. Switch the Hair clipper ON by pushing the Power switch upwards.
7. When you finish with the cutting, turn OFF the Hair clipper by pushing the
Power switch downwards.
OPERATING THE HAIR CLIPPER
- Cutting hair requires practice, so it is always better to leave the hair longer
for the first few haircuts until you become used to the length to which each
comb attachment cuts the hair.
- To ensure an even haircut, the flat part of the comb attachment must
constantly remain in contact with the scalp. Slowly move the Hair clipper
against the direction of hair growth.
- Regularly remove hair accumulating in the attachment. Before removing
the hair, turn OFF the Hair clipper.
NOTE: Do not use the clipper in the opposite direction as it may cause cuts.
