1. Remove any labels or stickers from the appliance.
2. Before the first use or after periods of prolonged storage, wash the
cover, glass jars, and jar lids by following the instructions from the
CLEANING section of this manual.
3. Wipe the surface and the inside of the Fermenting pot with a damp
cloth, then wipe dry.
