Put the headrest in the Mulmac before
you install it in the car, because most cars
don’t have enough headroom for you to t
them inside.
This is done by pressing both buons on the
headrest escutcheons (smaller one on the le
and longer one on the right), and guiding the
stalks in, and pressing the headrest down.
If they are ght, spray the stalks with silicon
furniture polish.
The headrest height is adjustable: you can pull
it straight up, but to lower it you have to press
in the longer buon, like on a car headrest,
and it will ‘click’ down to the next stop.
The YLVA should be posioned as low as
possible, so it’s 2 side pieces are just above
the child’s shoulders, and their head is
safely encased.
When the child is around 6 years old and the
YLVA is about 100mm above the Mulmac,
you should t the EMILY back pad to support
the FIGGE cushion. This simply clips onto the
headrest stalks.
If you are using the TOMMY headrest,
it’s height should be adjusted so that it is
behind the centre of the child’s (adult’s) head.
