If your Must Power Inverter is working in battery mode even when mains exist, it could be due to a tripped input protector. Check if the AC breaker is tripped and ensure the AC wiring is properly connected. Alternatively, the quality of the AC power from the shore or generator might be insufficient. In this case, check if the AC wires are too thin or too long. If using a generator, verify that it is working correctly and that the input voltage range setting is correct (set to 'Appliance=>wide').
