• Mypurmist is as easy as 1-2-3. Add water, press ON, inhale and relax!
• Use Mypurmist 2 as often as you like as steam is a natural decongestant.
Most users use it 2 times a day for 10-15 min each to breathe and sleep
better.

Q: Why don’t I get enough steam?
A: Mypurmist provides instant 100% warm humidity. It is designed to make
ultra-fine steam for deeper penetration, making it invisible to the eye.
Q: The steam does not seem to be hot enough?
A: Mypurmist is designed to give you warm mist at a comfortable
100-115°F. This is the best range for being most safe and effective. There
is no scalding risk with Mypurmist.
Q: Why do I have to use Mypurmist Ultrapure Sterile Water refills?
A: Mypurmist is an ultrapure steam inhaler designed to provide you with Triple Germ Defense – free of
viruses, bacteria, allergens and mold. Sterile water is required to achieve this as it is free of any viruses
or bacteria.
Q: Why does Mypurmist leak?
A: Often this is not a leak. It is either due to overfill of the reservoir or after use the water from the mask
dripping down. Suggest you put Mypurmist on a cloth, so that the table does not get wet. Lift product
and see if water is dripping from the unit (this is extremely rare). Email us at care@mypurmist.com if you
suspect a real leak.
Q: Mypurmist does not seem to be working – what do I do?
A: First step is to make sure there is water in the reservoir and the device is charged. After that just put
the device down and try to use it again after some time. If Mypurmist still does not work, then please
email us at care@mypurmist.com and we will help you right away.
