What to do if MySmartBlinds AUTOMATION KIT app cannot find my blinds?

If the MySmartBlinds app can't find your installed blinds, it might be due to several reasons. First, try turning the Bluetooth off and back on again on your device and restart the app. Ensure you are close enough to the blind with a clear line of sight. Also, try turning your smart device off and back on again. Check that the battery is connected to the motor box and switched to the ON position. Finally, turn the battery to the OFF position, wait at least 15 seconds, and then switch it back to the ON position.
