Your unique MZ-1 number is found on the back of your module, located after the SN identifier.

If the app shows 'searching for belt', ensure proper connection or add water to belt strips.
Follow the provided test and setup process to prepare for your first workout.
Make sure your belt is snug and correctly registering with the Myzone system.
Engage in your chosen activity while wearing the Myzone belt to track your performance.
After your activity, view your workout summary on the app, which may take a few moments to upload.
Share your workout results to build your community and engage with other users.
