How to fix NAMCO Jumpin' Jackpot Toy with no lights?
    • M
      Mark BookerAug 1, 2025
If your NAMCO Toy has no lights, first check the AC input plug on the switching power supply and verify the power supply switch is ON. Then, check the DC output voltage at the 9-pin connector: RED to BLK should be 5+/-.15VDC, and ORG to BLK should be 12VDC -0/+1.8VDC. If the 12VDC is bad, check for output shorts by removing load connectors one at a time. If the loads are okay, or if the 5VDC is out of adjustment (4.95 to 5.05), adjust the power supply. If you suspect the main PCB rack is bad, verify by swapping with a known good unit. If service is required, contact your Distributor.

Why is the audio distorted on my NAMCO Jumpin' Jackpot Toy?

      Courtney ComptonAug 17, 2025
Distorted audio on your NAMCO Toy can be due to several reasons. First, adjust the volume in OPTIONS under the MAIN MENU, referring to GAME VOLUME or ATTRACT VOLUME, as the volume might be set too high. Also, verify that you are using 4 ohm speakers. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the main PCB rack requires service.
