REMOVAL AND RE-INSTALLATION
Retain all fasteners and parts. Most will be re-
used. Four M6 x 16 Screws and Collars are supplied.
Installation of windscreen will be in reverse order
of removal.
Position stock windscreen in highest position.
1. Move mirror forward. Lift rubber sleeve to expose inside
attachment point. Repeat on opposite side.
2. Gently pry “bracket” over hex bolt to in order to remove
hardware holding front body panel in place. Repeat on
opposite side. Figure 1. (10mm Box Wrench)
To avoid hardware dropping into mirror cavity
stuff a small cloth under hardware! Item (A)
3. Remove hardware holding front panel in place. Repeat
on opposite side.

Summary

REMOVAL AND RE-INSTALLATION

Position stock windscreen in highest position

Position stock windscreen in the highest position before proceeding with removal or installation steps.

Move mirror forward and expose attachment point

Move mirrors forward and lift rubber sleeve to expose the inside attachment point for removal.

Remove front body panel hardware

Gently pry bracket over hex bolt to remove front body panel hardware, repeating on opposite side.

Secure hardware from dropping

To avoid dropping hardware into mirror cavity, stuff a small cloth under hardware.

Position mirror back and unsnap front panel

Position mirror back and unsnap the front panel to access windscreen hardware.

Remove windscreen hardware

Remove front and side hardware holding the windscreen in place using appropriate tools.

Remove stock windscreen

Carefully remove the stock windscreen from the motorcycle after all hardware is detached.

Install foam pads and new windscreen

Install die-cut foam pads and then the VStream windscreen using supplied hardware.
