What to do if my Nature Power 21030 Lantern does not turn on?
    • V

If your Nature Power Lantern doesn't turn on, it might be due to several reasons. First, the batteries may not be charged, so place the solar panel where it can get maximum sunlight and let it charge for two sunny days with the light switched to the 'ON' position (but turned off via remote). Alternatively, the switch might be in the wrong position; try setting it to 'ON' to control the light with the remote or 'AUTO,' which only activates in darkness. If neither works, the rechargeable batteries might be worn out and need replacement with the same type and size, following the provided instructions. Also, when in 'AUTO' mode, daylight or other light sources can affect the sensor, so switch to 'ON' to control with the remote.

Why does my Nature Power 21030 Lantern light flash or not stay on for long?

If your Nature Power Lantern light doesn't stay on as long as it used to, or if it flashes, the batteries might not be fully charged. To resolve this, make sure the solar panel is placed where it gets the most sunlight during the day. Turn the light to the ON position and turn off the light by remote control, and allow the solar panel to charge the batteries for two sunny days. Another cause might be that the solar panel isn't receiving enough sunlight to recharge the batteries, so try cleaning the solar panel with a clean, damp cloth. Also, during winter, reduced sunlight can affect battery recharge, so ensure the solar panel is in a sunny spot, remove any shade, and tilt the panel to face the sun directly.
