Why is there too little purified water volume from my NatureWater Water Filtration System?
    • L
      Laura KochAug 14, 2025
There could be a few reasons why you're getting too little purified water. The filters might be dirty or have been in use for too long. Also, the RO membrane might be dirty or hasn't been flushed regularly, so consider replacing it. Another factor could be that the water is too cold.

What to do if my NatureWater Water Filtration System has no operation at all?
    • J
      Julie MoralesAug 17, 2025
If your system isn't working at all, start by checking if the power supply is normal. Next, make sure the water supply ball valve is turned on and that the water pressure is normal. Finally, check if the water storage tank is full.

Why is there a lack of purified water outlet with filled tank in my NatureWater Water Filtration System?
    • F
      Faith JordanAug 21, 2025
A lack of air inside the tank could be the reason. Try recharging the air to 7 psi and check for air leakage. If the tank is leaking, replace it. Also, the post in-line carbon filter might be blocked, so replacing the filter can help.

How to troubleshoot no pump operation for purified water in NatureWater Water Filtration Systems?
    • M
      mckenziejustinAug 25, 2025
First, ensure the water supply pressure is high enough. The RO controller box won't start the pump under low pressure. Also, check if either the high-pressure switch or the flush valve is working. Finally, inspect the fuse on the transformer for any burns. If it's burned, check the post in-line carbon filter (T33) or PP cartridges for blockage, as this can overload the pump.

What to do if I see pump head leakage in my NatureWater Water Filtration System?
    • A
      Anthony WadeAug 28, 2025
Check if the post in-line carbon filter (T33) or PP cartridges are blocked, as this can cause leakage. Sometimes, increased water pressure inside the pump head that cannot be released may be the cause. If so, replace all the carbon cartridges and send the pump for repair. Leaking may also be caused by a weakened membrane or a blocked scale. Also, the water cannot flow out due to the blocked RO membrane, which is caused by a blocked flow restrictor. This causes the pump head to be filled with high pressure water that can cause a leak. Improve the relevant components.

Why won't my NatureWater Water Filtration System completely stop or restart with a filled tank?
    • J
      Jose BoyleAug 31, 2025
The high-pressure switch might not be working. Try repairing or replacing it. Also, check if the valve is releasing pressure and isn't stuck; if it is, replace it.

Why is my NatureWater Water Filtration System not purifying water even though the pump is working?
    • K
      Kristy AyalaSep 3, 2025
The RO membrane might be blocked, or the pump could be out of pressure. If the RO membrane is blocked, replace it. If the pump has no pressure, it may be due to the pump having operated for too long, or the filtering materials being blocked and adequate maintenance not having been done, which may cause the pump structure to weaken. Send in the pump for repairing.

Why does my NatureWater Water Filtration System continue to discharge dirty water even when the tap is closed?
    • J
      Jennifer LangSep 6, 2025
Check if the flush valve is operating normally; if not, replace it. The input water valve may also be damaged.

Check for any incorrect operations. Also, verify that the high and low-pressure valves are functioning normally.
