What to do if the solution pump is not running on my Nautilus Scrubber?
    • C
      Connie OrrAug 11, 2025
If the Nautilus Scrubber solution pump isn't running, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if a building or pump circuit breaker has tripped; if so, reset it or move the cords to a different outlet. A faulty power cord could also be the culprit, in which case you should replace it with cord AX32. Other potential causes include faulty switches or internal wiring (check the wiring and test the switches, repairing as needed), a tripped pump motor breaker (push the reset button on the pump motor and/or external breaker), a faulty pump motor (replace it with PT068), or a seized pump (repair or replace the pump head and bearing PT065, and check the motor, replacing the complete pump and motor assembly AP61 if necessary).

How to troubleshoot a Nautilus Extreme MXE-500 that is not turning on?
    • K
      Karla PerryAug 16, 2025
If your Nautilus Scrubber machine isn't turning on and has no power, start by checking if the building circuit breaker has tripped. If it has, reset the breakers or move the cords to other outlets. If that's not the issue, the power cord might be faulty and need replacement with cord AX32. Alternatively, there could be faulty switches or internal wiring, which would require checking the wiring and testing the switches, repairing as needed.

Why is the dual circuit indicator not lighted on my Nautilus Extreme MXE-500?

      Sarah WrightAug 23, 2025
If the dual circuit indicator on your Nautilus Scrubber isn't lit, it could be due to several reasons. It might be that the cords are on the same circuit; if so, move one cord to an outlet on a different circuit. Alternatively, there might be no voltage from one or both outlets, in which case you should check the circuit breakers and reset them or move the cords. The light itself or the dual circuit indicator could be bad, requiring replacement. Finally, one or both outlets might be wired incorrectly; if the hot and neutral sides are switched on the outlet, the machine will work, but the light won't turn on.

What to do if I can't connect the solution hose to my Nautilus Scrubber?
    • H
      Heather KerrSep 3, 2025
If you can't connect the solution hose to your Nautilus Scrubber, it might be due to pressure in the lines; release the pressure. Alternatively, the quick connects could be faulty and need replacement with AH101B or AH102B. It's also possible that the quick connects are the wrong style or size; replace them to match the connects on the machine.

What causes low solution pressure in my Nautilus Scrubber?
    • R
      Rachel PatrickDec 1, 2025
If you're experiencing low solution pressure or pulsation with your Nautilus Scrubber, several factors could be responsible. The jets might be too large for the desired pressure; check their size and flow rates, and use smaller jets or lower the pressure. Worn jets allowing too much flow can also cause this issue, so consider replacing them. Additionally, a plugged solution inlet filter can restrict flow, so clean or replace the filter. Other potential causes include a restricted hose from the solution tank (repair or replace the hose), a leaking pump intake hose or fittings (repair or replace the hose, tighten clamps, or replace fittings), a sticking or faulty pressure regulator (lube the regulator piston or repair/replace the pressure regulator PT021), plugged filter screens or jets on t...
