Connect microphone XLR end to cable, and 1/4" end to speaker system input.
Set the microphone switch to the 'MIC' position for connection.
Load battery into receiver, turn it on, and extend its antenna.
Connect the receiver's 1/4" plug to a speaker system input.
Unscrew microphone bottom, install 'AA' battery, and screw bottom back on.
Connect antenna adapter to microphone and set the microphone switch to ON.
Cardioid mics are sensitive to front sound. Closer proximity may cause 'plosives'.
