The resistance pressure of the system might be lower than the design value, so check its value. The impeller rotation direction could be incorrect; verify its direction and orientation. Also, check for pre-rotation of air in the opposite direction to the fan's rotation, and ensure the fluid density matches the intended value. Make sure the voltage of the power supply to the motor is correct and check for defects in the motor windings.
