What to do if Neilsen Power Supply pulse indicator is flashing but shock is weak?
    • J
      Joshua RamirezAug 6, 2025
If the pulse indicator light on your Neilsen Power Supply is flashing but the electric shock is weak, ensure all connections in the fence and ground system are firm and secure, cleaning away any corrosion if needed. Confirm the ground rod is firmly in the ground. Check the fence-line for obstructions like trees or vegetation, removing them and repairing the fence as necessary. Verify that the unit's rating is appropriate for the fence length; shorten the fence or reduce the number of wires if needed. Alternatively, divide the fence-line into smaller zones, each powered by a separate unit.

How to fix a Neilsen CT5673 Power Supply when the pulse indicator light is not flashing?
    • T
      Tonya TannerAug 16, 2025
If the pulse indicator light on your Neilsen Power Supply isn't flashing, first, make sure the unit is switched on. If there hasn't been enough sunlight to charge the battery, the unit might be in Standby mode. To resolve this, charge the battery by placing the unit in direct sunlight with the solar panel facing true south (in the northern hemisphere) or true north (in the southern hemisphere). Also, check that the battery is correctly connected, with the red lead to the positive terminal and the black lead to the negative terminal. You can also try manually charging the battery with a suitable charger and consider replacing the battery with a new one, fully charging it before installation. If the light still doesn't flash, please contact the seller.
