TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM TRY THIS
Vitality user interface screen is not
activated when the Smartcable is plugged
into phone.
Delete and re-install the OHA app. Occasionally
updates in other apps that access the charging
port can interfere with the phone properly
recognizing the Smartcable.
The Vitality screen has been replaced
with other screens from the OHA app.
1. Swipe the OHA screen to the left and the Vitality
screen should appear.
2. If not try deleting and re-installing the OHA app.
I cannot feel any electrical pulsations
even after I have increased the voltage to
100V.
1. Make sure the Smartcable is powered on. When
active, the time will be counting down and the
yellow and green lines will be oscillating.
2. Be sure to wipe your ear and the contact surface
of the ear clip with a moist alcohol swab before each
use. The oil on these surfaces can block the
conduction of electricity. Some inexpensive brands
of alcohol swabs have little alcohol on them and do
not remove the oil effectively.
3. Replace the ear clip every 3 months. Carbon-
rubber electrodes may lose their conductivity over
time. Discard the ear clip if its contact surface
becomes cracked, worn or if the electrode face loses
its sheen.
After plugging in the Smartcable, the
installing arrow does not stop rotating
and the Vitality user interface screen does
not appear.
1. Make sure the Smartcable is fully inserted into
the phones charging port.
2. Try deleting and re-installing the OHA app.
3. Installing the OHA app and running the
Smartcable on another phone can help you
determine if the problem might be in your phones
charging port.
4. If it still does not operate correctly, the cable
might be damaged. Contact
support@nemechektech.com.
The Smartcable does not fit the
charging port on my Android phone.
The Smartcable has a built-in micro-USB male
plug. Some Android phones require a USB-C male
plug. Use the micro-USB to USB-C adapter that
was included with your purchase of the Vitality
Smartcable.
