If the controller isn't working after a replacement, here's what to check: * Ensure the data cable is correctly connected, repairing or replacing it if needed. Verify the first fixture's signal input is linked to the controller's output. * If using DMX Mode, confirm the fixture is set to slave mode. * Examine and uniformly set the address. * To check the fixture's connector, bypass the fixture by connecting the input and output signal cables directly. If it works, the signal connector is faulty and needs professional repair. * If the controller's signal output doesn't match the signal receiving connector (PINS2—3 is wrong), dial the controller's polarity switch to “PHASE” and exchange the address of PIN2—3.
