Unable to remove
nozzle
The nozzle has been
inserted into the pod
without a bottle.
The nozzle is not aligned
to the indicator on the top
of the pod.
Use a needle or
something similar and
insert into the outlet hole
on the top or bottom of
the pod.
You can then push
or pull the nozzle out.
Pod will not
switch on
Recharge the unit
as instructed.
Keep the touch panel
dry and avoid touching
with wet hands.
Essential oil
leaking
The pod has been
overturned or on its side.
Clean the unit with
alcohol and wipe dry
with a soft cloth.
Battery insufficiently
charged.
Touch panel is wet.
H) TROUBLESHOOTING3. Fill the bottle with 2/3 alcohol and run the diffuser for 1 hour.
4. Clean the nozzle with a soft cloth and allow to dry.
5. Always keep your Wellbeing Pod Mini clean and dry when
not in use. Never leave stagnant oil inside the bottle for
prolonged periods.
