Easy Banana Bread (1.5 pound loaf)
Ingredients
* 2 large eggs
* 1/3 cup butter
* 1 oz. milk
* 2 bananas, mashed
* 1 1/3 cups bread our
* 2/3 cup sugar
* 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
* 1 2 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Put the wet ingredients in the bread pan.
In a mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients and then add to the bread pan.
Press Menu button; Select Program #4
Press Crust Color button to the desired crust color.
Press the Start – Stop button or select the delayed start button.
Note: Use a spatula to scrape sides of the pan after mixing ve mins. to remove our pockets.
Sun Dried Basil Bread (1.5 pound loaf)
Ingredients
* 1 1/4 cup water
* 3 tbsp olive oil
* 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 tbsp dry milk
* 1/4 tsp garlic powder
* 2 tsp dried basil
* 1/4 cup cornmeal
* 3 cups white bread our
* 2 tsp active dry or 1 1/2 tsp rapid rise yeast
Remove pan and insert mixing paddle.
Measure ingredients and place in pan in the order listed.
Press Menu button; Select Program #5
Press Crust Color button to the desired crust color.
Cinnamon Raisin Bread (1.5 pound loaf)
Ingredients
* 1 1/4 cups water
* 2 tbsp powdered milk
* 2 tbsp butter or margarine
* 2 tbsp sugar
* 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 2 teaspoons cinnamon
* 3 cups white bread our
* 3 tsp active dry yeast or 2 tsp rapid rise
Note: Add raisins at the beginning of the knead 2 cycle to ensure the raisins are mixed evenly.
Remove pan and insert mixing paddle.
Measure ingredients and place in pan in the order listed.
Press Menu button; Select Program #5
Press Crust Color button to the desired crust color.
Press the Start – Stop button or select the delayed start button.
