What to do if Neumann Subwoofer KH 750 AES67 has no sound and back panel LEDs are off?
    • D
      Danielle WatsonJul 29, 2025
If the back panel LEDs are off and no sound is coming from your Neumann KH 750 AES67 subwoofer, it is likely that the main fuse has blown. In this case, you should have the product checked by an authorized Neumann service partner.

What to do if Neumann KH 750 output level is suddenly reduced?
    • E
      Erin SimpsonAug 3, 2025
If the output level of your Neumann Subwoofer suddenly reduces, the POWER ON LED H changes from green to red, it indicates that the temperature of the power amplifier is too high. Ensure sufficient ventilation of the subwoofer, reduce the input signal level, or add extra subwoofers to increase LF headroom. When the temperature drops, the POWER ON LED H will light up green again, and the output level reduction will be canceled.

Why is there hum or buzz coming from my Neumann Subwoofer KH 750 AES67?
    • K
      Kathy HessAug 7, 2025
Hum or buzz from your Neumann KH 750 AES67 subwoofer when an analog audio cable is connected can be due to several reasons: * A defective cable. * Bad cabling. * A ground loop in the installation. * The level of the audio source is too low. To resolve this, check all cabling, avoid running signal cables parallel to mains cables, use balanced cables, use the ground lift switch, increase the signal levels from your source, and reduce the level on your subwoofer and loudspeakers.

What to do if Neumann KH 750 Subwoofer POWER ON LED H lights up red?
    • J
      josepalmerAug 13, 2025
If the POWER ON LED H on your Neumann subwoofer lights up red in time with low-frequency input signals, it means the signal level is too high, and the protection system is active. Reduce the signal level to resolve this.
