What to do if my Neunaber Illumine reverb cuts out?
    • S
      stephaniemorganAug 18, 2025
If the reverb cuts out, the input signal may be too low. To fix this, go to GLOBAL SETUP ? GAIN STRUCTURE and select LLooww NNooiissee. If the problem continues, go to GLOBAL SETUP ? NOISE REDUCTION and select OOffff.

What to do if my Neunaber Music Equipment reverb compresses or does not get louder when input level increases?
    • D
      David AdamsAug 20, 2025
If the reverb compresses or doesn't get louder when the input level increases, this could be caused by an inappropriate GAIN STRUCTURE setting for your input signal. To solve this, go to GLOBAL SETUP ? GAIN STRUCTURE and select HHiigghh HHeeaaddrroooomm.

    James DurhamAug 23, 2025
Why is the reverb very quiet or nonexistent when using a stereo input on my Neunaber Music Equipment?
    • A
      andrea48Aug 23, 2025
If the reverb is very quiet or nonexistent with a stereo input, a prior effect in the chain might be producing a stereo output that is not mono-compatible. To fix this, go to GLOBAL SETUP ? FX SIDECHAIN IN and select UUnnbbaallaanncceedd MMiixx. If the problem persists, select LLeefftt OOnnllyy or RRiigghhtt OOnnllyy.

    Luke HillAug 26, 2025
Why does my Neunaber Music Equipment have hum or buzz?
    • C
      Courtney GuzmanAug 26, 2025
Humming or buzzing can occur in your Neunaber Music Equipment due to a ground loop, which happens when there's no connection to earth ground through an amp, interface, mixer, or power supply. Connecting a ground wire may resolve this issue. Also, power supply noise from using an unregulated power supply can cause this. Try using a linear (non-switching) regulated power supply.

    Courtney SnyderAug 28, 2025
What to do if my Neunaber Music Equipment display reads: Power Supply > 13 V !
    • B
      Brittany CooperAug 28, 2025
This message indicates that the power supply voltage is too high. Replace the power supply with one that produces between 9 V and 12 V.

    Autumn OliverAug 30, 2025
Why does my Neunaber Illumine Music Equipment have a tone change when enabling or bypassing?
    • R
      randyschmidtAug 30, 2025
To address the tone change, go to GLOBAL SETUP ? BYPASS TYPE and select BBuuffffeerreedd.
  • M
    Megan WaltersSep 1, 2025
What to do if NOISE REDUCTION is off on my Neunaber Illumine?
    • R
      Randy MartinezSep 2, 2025
To turn on noise reduction, go to GLOBAL SETUP ? NOISE REDUCTION and select oonn.

What to do if my Neunaber Illumine Music Equipment mix does not go to full 100% wet signal?
    • J
      Jennifer JohnsonSep 4, 2025
If the mix doesn't go to a full 100% wet signal, the MIX SUM TYPE might be set to UUnniittyy DDrryy. To fix this, go to GLOBAL SETUP ? MIX SUM TYPE and select UUnniittyy RRMMSS or UUnniittyy RRMMQQ.
  • J
    Jeffrey CarterSep 7, 2025
Why is there a volume increase with Mix around 75% on my Neunaber Illumine Music Equipment?
    • J
      Jill OlsonSep 7, 2025
A volume increase with the Mix around 75% suggests an inappropriate MIX SUM TYPE for your input signal. To correct this, go to GLOBAL SETUP ? Mix Sum Type and select UUnniittyy RRMMSS.
  • K
    kschwartzSep 9, 2025
Why is there a volume drop with Mix around 75% on my Neunaber Illumine?
    • M
      Michael LeonSep 9, 2025
A volume drop with the Mix around 75% indicates an inappropriate MIX SUM TYPE for your input signal. To resolve this, go to GLOBAL SETUP ? MIX SUM TYPE and select UUnniittyy RRMMQQ.
