• Donotusepipedopeonthreadedttings—useonlyTeontape.Neutra-SafeModelCN2-220Vmaybeinstalledinthe
verticalorhorizontalposition.Refer to page 2 for installation diagrams.
• Itisrecommendedthattheneutralizerbeinstalledbeforethecondensatepump.
• Allcondensatetrapsshouldbeprimedbeforecommencingoperationoftheappliance.
• Neutra-SafecondensateneutralizermediashouldbereplacedatleastannuallyorwhenpHfallsbelowlocalregulations.

Connecting the Neutralizer

Connect the Neutra-Safe condensate neutralizer using built-in unions and appropriate adaptors.

Pipe and Tubing Routing

Route PVC pipe or tubing to drain, maintaining a pitch of 1/4" per foot.

Ventilation and Flow Check

Ensure proper venting and observe neutralizer during operation for unrestricted flow.

Maintenance Instructions

Service and Inspection

All service should be by a qualified professional; visually inspect for leaks or damage.

Media Replacement

Replace neutralizer media annually or when pH falls below local regulations.

Cartridge Reassembly

Ensure O-rings are in place and stainless steel screen is on inlet when reinstalling cartridge.
