Confirm that all Pump Rollers are rotating; if not, clean any debris or paint from the rollers and lubricate them. It is also important to check if your paint is a “Set Fast” or “Fast Dry” type, as these are not recommended and may require thinning, which could affect the paint's drying time and the quality of the line.

  If the painted line from your Newstripe Construction Equipment is solid on one side but appears light or skips on the other, start by checking that the Roller Cover moves freely up and down within the “J” Yoke and that the Mandrel isn't binding. Adjust the “J” Yokes if needed, or clean any paint or debris from them. Also, if the Mandrel and Roller Cover are riding up on the Mandrel Carrier sides, apply light oil to grease the Mandrel Tube end and “O” ring.
