evenly, and there is ample space for
cooking. The coating on the griddle
allows for low fat cooking and ease of
cleaning.
The following foods are suitable for
cooking on the griddle:
H griddle scones,
H potato cakes,
H oatcakes,
H crumpets,
H bacon,
H gammon,
H sausages,
H steak,
H salmon fillets,
Do not use metal implements,
as they may damage the non
stick surface.
After cooking, allow the griddle
to cool down before moving or
