Cleaning your aid and the tube fitting:
When removing your aid at the end of the day, wipe the dome carefully
with a damp cloth or a non-fragranced facial wipe or baby wipe. These
are also useful if the aid itself has become grubby but do ensure to not
get it properly wet.
If there is any wax blocking the tubing or dome, you can detach the
tubing by unscrewing it anticlockwise at the top where it is joined to the
aid and thread a cleaning wire through the tubing. Cleaning wires are
provided as part of your kit along with spare tubes and domes.
Detach the tube from the aid by unscrewing it
Thread the wire through the tube to unblock it
Re-screw the tube to the top of the aid
