NICE RECOVERY SYSTEMS
TYPE OF ERROR SUGGESTED ACTIONS OF USER
System Error
Error Message: 101
Turn o device. Restart device. If problem persists, turn o device
and contact customer service.
Air Pump Error
Error Message: 102
Turn o device. Remove wrap. Disconnect hose from device and
wrap. Reconnect hose to device and wrap and make sure you hear
audible click to indicate proper connection. Reapply wrap. Check
wrap and hose for kinks. Restart therapy session. If problem persists,
contact customer service.
Air Pump Error
Error Message: 103
Turn o device, remove wrap and contact customer
Air Pressure Error
Error Message: 104
Check hose, wrap, and connectors for damage. If problem persists,
contact customer service.
Water Pump Error
Error Message: 105
Turn o device. Remove wrap. Disconnect hose from device and
wrap. Reconnect hose to device and wrap and make sure you hear
audible click to indicate proper connection. Reapply wrap. Check
wrap and hose for kinks. Restart therapy session. If problem persists,
contact customer service.
Water Pump Error
Error Message: 106
Turn o device. Fill water tank. Restart device. If problem persists,
turn o device and contact customer service.

Turn o device, remove wrap and contact customer
Fan Error
Error Message: 108
Turn o device, remove wrap. Ensure that the device has at least 12”
clearance on the front and back. Make sure that the exhaust fan is
working. Restart therapy. If problem persists,
contact customer service.

Error Message: 109
Turn o device, remove wrap and contact
customer service.
Cooling System Error
Error Message: 110
Turn o device, remove wrap and contact customer service.
