Base Plate Mounting

Base Plate Fixing Methods

Fix base plate with rawl plugs or bury in concrete, observing dimensions.

Special Conditions for Base Plate

For gates over 200kg or difficult conditions, the base plate must be buried.

Rack and Gear Clearance

Ensure at least 1mm clearance between rack and gear to prevent weight strain.
