Overview

This document describes the Mictemaw Air Fryer Oven, a versatile kitchen appliance designed for healthy, fast, and simple cooking. It utilizes turbo hot air combined with high-speed air circulation (rapid air exchange) to provide all-round heating for ingredients, often eliminating the need for added oil. The oven is equipped with various baking accessories, making it suitable for preparing a wide range of foods, including French fries, chicken wings, and egg tarts.

Important Technical Specifications:

  • Model No.: AF-120AD
  • Voltage: AC 220-240V, 50Hz
  • Power: 1500W
  • Capacity: 12L
  • Temperature Range: 65°C-200°C (Dehydration: 30°C-80°C)

Usage Features:

The Air Fryer Oven features a user-friendly control panel with a digital numeric display that switches between temperature and remaining time during cooking.

Parts & Accessories:

The main unit can have its door removed for cleaning. Key accessories include:

  • Control Panel: For controlling unit functions.
  • Air Inlet/Outlet: Should not be covered during cooking; hot air will be expelled from the outlet.
  • Rotisserie Shaft, Forks & Set Screws: Used for roasting whole chickens or large cuts of meat. Forks slide onto the shaft and are secured with set screws, which can be adjusted closer to the middle if needed.
  • Rotisserie Fetch Tool: Designed to safely remove cooked rotisserie items from the oven.
  • Air Fryer Rack: Ideal for dehydration, cooking crispy snacks, or reheating items like pizza.
  • Drip Tray: Placed at the bottom to collect drippings for easy cleanup.
  • Wire Rack: Suitable for larger food items such as chicken wings or sweet potatoes.

Operation:

  1. Preparation: Place the product on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface. Do not pour large amounts of oil or liquids into the machine, as it cooks with hot air. Ensure no objects block the airflow.
  2. Loading: Place ingredients on the crispy plate, wire rack, or other accessories. Insert the accessories into the machine along the track or into the rotating hole, then close the door.
  3. Power On: Press the power button once to illuminate the panel. Press it a second time to start cooking at the default temperature (190°C) and time (15 minutes).
  4. Settings: Use the Menu button to select preset functions (e.g., Fries, Steak, Fish, Shrimp, Pizza, Chicken, Baking, Rotisserie, Dehydrator, Reheat). Temperature can be adjusted in 5°C intervals (65°C-200°C, or 30°C-80°C for dehydration). Cooking time can be set from 1 to 90 minutes (or 2-24 hours in 30-minute intervals for dehydration).
  5. Cooking: Press the power button to start the program. The fan icon will blink during cooking. The door can be opened to check progress, but use heat insulation to avoid burns.
  6. Rotisserie Use: Align the roasting shaft with one fork and lock it. Stab the fork into meat, align with the other fork, and lock the screw. To insert into the machine, open the door, use the fetch tool, insert the left end of the shaft into the left hole, and place the right end on the right track. Remove using the fetch tool after cooking.

Cooking Suggestions:

  • Smaller food volumes require shorter cooking times.
