The DT-200LR Handheld Digital Laser Tachometer is a versatile instrument designed for precise RPM measurement and linear rate/length measurement in both contact and non-contact applications. It incorporates laser technology for non-contact measurements up to 20 feet (6 meters) and features a rugged construction with reliable quality components.
The DT-200LR series tachometers are capable of measuring revolutions per minute (RPM) in both non-contact and contact modes. In non-contact mode, the device uses a laser to detect reflective tape placed on a rotating object. In contact mode, an included adapter with various tips and a master wheel allows for direct contact measurement of RPM, as well as linear rates (yards/min, meters/min, feet/min, inches/min) and lengths (yards, meters, feet, inches). The unit features a memory system that stores up to 13 readings (last, max, min, and 10 extra measurements) for 5 minutes, which can be extended.
