How to troubleshoot power issues with my Night Owl H5 NVR Network video recorder?

If your Night Owl Network video recorder isn't receiving power, ensure the cable from the power adapter is securely connected to the back of the unit and to the power outlet. If it's connected to a power bar or surge protector, try plugging it directly into the wall. Also, make sure the outlet has power by testing it with another device, like a phone charger. The LED indicators on the front of the unit should be ON when powered.
