Nikon product
is
warranted by Nikon
Inc.
to
be
free from defects
in
material and workmanship
for
a period
of
one
(1)
year
from
the
date
of
purchase.
During this
period
if
this product
is
found
to
be
defective
in
material
or
workmanship,
Nikon Inc.
or
one
of
its
authorized
repair facilities
will
at
its
option,
either
repair
or
replace this product
without
charge, subject
to
the
following
limitations and exclusions:

This warranty extends
to
the original consumer purchaser only and
is
not
assignable or transferable.

This
warranty shall
not
apply
to
any product which
has
been subjected
to
misuse, alteration, abuse, negligence or accident or

altered or removed.
