Function Description:
The oven offers six primary cooking functions:

For optimal crispiness and even browning, users are advised to toss ingredients or turn the air fry basket 180° halfway through the cooking cycle. If ingredients are fatty, oily, or marinated, the air fry basket should be placed on top of the sheet pan.
- Air Roast: Designed for full-sized sheet pan meals, thicker proteins, and roasted vegetables, Air Roast aims for a crispy exterior and perfectly cooked interior. It supports temperatures from 250°F–450°F and cook times up to 2 hours. When using this function, food cooks faster than with the Bake function, so traditional oven recipes may require a 30% reduction in cook time and a 25% reduction in temperature. Ingredients are placed on the sheet pan, which then rests on the wire rack.
- Air Broil: This function is used for broiling meat and fish, and for evenly browning the tops of casseroles. Users can select between HI or LO temperature settings and a maximum cook time of 30 minutes. Ingredients are placed on the sheet pan, which is then positioned on the wire rack.
- Bake: The Bake function provides even baking for items ranging from cookies to homemade pizzas. It operates within a temperature range of 250°F–450°F and allows for cook times up to 2 hours. For best results with baked goods like cookies, it is recommended to line the Ninja Sheet Pan with parchment paper.
- Toast: This function toasts up to 9 slices of bread to a user-selected darkness level. The unit does not preheat in Toast mode, and there is no temperature adjustment. Users select the number of slices and the desired darkness level. Bread slices are placed directly on the wire rack.
- Bagel: Specifically designed for bagels, this function toasts up to 6 bagel halves, placed cut-side up on the wire rack, to a selected darkness level. Similar to Toast, the unit does not preheat in Bagel mode, and there is no temperature adjustment.

- To burn off additional grease on heating elements that may cause smoke, run a Toast cycle on shade 7 with accessories removed.
