1 Remove and discard any packaging
material, promotional labels, and tape
from the kettle.
2 Remove all accessories from the package
and read this manual carefully. Please
pay particular attention to operational
instructions, warnings, and important
safeguards to prevent any injury or
property damage.
3 Press the lid release button to open the
lid and fill the kettle with water to MAX
1.7 L (7 cups) line.
4 Close the lid by pressing the cool-touch
pad until it locks closed.
BEFORE FIRST USE
5 Make sure the power base is plugged
in, then place the kettle on the base
ensuring that it is fully seated.
6 Press the BOIL button on the control
panel, then press START/STOP to begin
the heating process.
7 Once the water reaches 212°F, the kettle
will beep to indicate that it has finished.
8 Lift the kettle o the base and discard
the water. Repeat this process one more
time to ensure the kettle is clean and
ready for use.
