  If the Ninja Mixer motor doesn’t start or the blades don’t rotate, ensure the bottom of the motor head is clean and free of any food blocking the connection. Also, verify that the container isn't overloaded with food. If the unit has overheated, unplug it and wait about 10 minutes before trying again. Confirm that the splash guard and power head are securely attached to the container. Check that the plug is firmly inserted into the electrical outlet, and inspect the fuse or breaker, replacing or resetting as necessary.
