1. The Warrantor of this product grants a 24-month
warranty valid from the date of purchase. If any
defect is found, a complaint about the product
should be lodged at the point of purchase.
2. A defecve/damaged product is a product failing to
provide the features described in the user’s manual
due to intrinsic properes of the device.
3. The Beneciary under the warranty shall deliver the
device to the Customer Service Point at a given store
in order to submit a complaint about the equipment.
When asserng your rights under warranty, you
need to present proof of purchase (receipt, invoice)
together with a descripon of the device defect in as
much detail as possible, in parcular of the external
manifestaons of the defect.
4. The warranty excludes products with physical
damage other than that caused by the manufacturer
or distributor, including specically any damage
resulng from incorrect usage or force majeure.
5. The warranty does not cover products from which
a tamper-proof seal has been removed, and
products to which repairs, alteraons or structural
modicaons have been made or aempted.
6. The warranty does not cover components subject to
natural wear and tear during operaon.
7. It is recommended that the complete product be
submied together with the complaint so as to
facilitate service operaons.
