Why is the Njoy UPS backup time so short when the power fails?

If the Njoy UPS backup time is shortened when power fails, it could be due to several reasons. First, the UPS might be overloaded, in which case you should remove some of the connected critical load. Second, the battery voltage could be too low; try charging the UPS for at least 6 hours. Finally, the battery may be defective due to high temperature or improper operation. If this is the case, replace the battery with the same type of battery.
