If your Nobel Water Dispenser isn't drawing brine during regeneration, several issues could be the cause. The drain line might be clogged or too small, requiring a rebuild. Low water pressure could be the culprit, so increase it. Check for air being drawn along the brine line by inspecting connections and tubing. The injector or its filter may be dirty, so clean them. Lastly, the brine float valve could be blocked or damaged; in that case, clean or replace it.
