What to do if Nobel Water Dispenser doesn't draw brine during regeneration?
    • C
      Connie Griffin MDAug 18, 2025
If your Nobel Water Dispenser isn't drawing brine during regeneration, several issues could be the cause. The drain line might be clogged or too small, requiring a rebuild. Low water pressure could be the culprit, so increase it. Check for air being drawn along the brine line by inspecting connections and tubing. The injector or its filter may be dirty, so clean them. Lastly, the brine float valve could be blocked or damaged; in that case, clean or replace it.

Why is my Nobel AM's brine tank overflowing?
    • K
      Kyle WalkerAug 21, 2025
If the brine tank of your Nobel Water Dispenser is overflowing, it could be due to two reasons. Firstly, the drain line of the softener might be joined with the overflow line of the brine tank; in that case, connect them separately to the floor drain. Secondly, the brine float valve might be blocked or damaged; you should clean or replace it.

Why does my Nobel AM Water Dispenser feed salted water after regeneration?
    • A
      Aaron LarsenAug 23, 2025
If your Nobel Water Dispenser feeds salted water after regeneration, it could be due to a water failure during regeneration. In this case, allow the water to flow until it is not salted any more. Alternatively, the fast rinse time might be too short; adjust it to a longer duration.

What to do if Nobel AM Water Dispenser leaks water to drain during service?
    • R
      Ryan YoungAug 26, 2025
If your Nobel Water Dispenser leaks water to the drain during service, the internal pistons of the control valve could be blocked; try cleaning or replacing them. Alternatively, the O-rings or the pistons themselves might be spoiled, or the pilot pistons spoiled or broken, requiring replacement.

Why is my Nobel Water Dispenser not feeding treated water?
    • M
      mgutierrezAug 28, 2025
If your Nobel Water Dispenser is not feeding treated water, it could be due to several reasons: regeneration might not be running, brine might not be drawn, a water failure might have occurred during regeneration (run regeneration again), or the resins might be spoiled (replace resins).

What to do if Nobel AM Water Dispenser regeneration never ends?
    • J
      Joseph StewartAug 30, 2025
If regeneration never ends on your Nobel Water Dispenser, the electronic programmer may have received electromagnetic interference. Try making a short-circuit on the battery of the programmer and re-enter all programming data. Another possible cause is a defected microswitch of the programmer, which would need replacement.

What to do if the buttons of the electronic programmer of Nobel AM Water Dispenser are on block?
    • Y
      Yolanda CannonSep 1, 2025
If the buttons of the electronic programmer on your Nobel Water Dispenser are blocked, it could be because a regeneration is running; wait until it is completed. Another reason might be electromagnetic interference; in that case, make a short-circuit on the battery of the programmer and re-enter all programming data. It is also possible that the programmer itself is defected, and needs to be replaced.

How to fix a Nobel AM when the electronic programmer does not switch on?
    • C
      craig66Sep 4, 2025
If the electronic programmer on your Nobel Water Dispenser does not switch on, first check if the electrical power is disconnected and connect it. If power is connected, the electrical feeder of the programmer may be defected and require replacement. As a last resort, the programmer itself might be defected, requiring replacement.

Why Nobel AM Water Dispenser regeneration does not run?
    • M
      markriveraSep 6, 2025
If regeneration does not run on your Nobel Water Dispenser, it could be due to disconnected electrical power; connect the power. Another cause might be an incorrectly adjusted programmer; adjust it correctly. The programmer itself could also be defected, requiring replacement.

Why Nobel AM does not feed water?
    • J
      John DaviesSep 8, 2025
If your Nobel Water Dispenser does not feed water, it may be because the pistons are blocked during regeneration; clean or replace the pistons.
