■ Gallery
In this menu you can manage
graphics, images, recordings and
tones. These files are arranged in
folders.
Note: Your phone must be
switched on to use this
function. Do not switch the
phone on when wireless
phone use is prohibited or
when it may cause
interference or danger.
Your phone supports an activation
key system to protect acquired
content. Always check the delivery
terms of any content and activation
key before acquiring them, as they
may be subject to a fee.
The files stored in Gallery use a
memory that has a capacity of
approx. 8 MByte in the phone. A
compatible multimedia card can be
used to extend the memory capacity
to store images, ringing tones, video
clips and sound clips in gallery.
Please note that it is not possible to
store Java games and applications
on the multimedia card.
1. Press Menu and select Gallery. A
list of folders is shown. Images,
Video clips, Music files,
Graphics, Tones and Recordings
are the original folders on the
phone. If a Multimedia card is
inserted in the phone, a
multimedia card icon is shown.
2. Scroll to the desired folder and
press Open to view a list of files
in the folder or press Options and
one of the following options may
be available:
Delete folder, Move, Rename
folder, Details, Type of view,
Sort, Add folder, Memory status,
Activation key list and
Downloads.
With a multimedia card
additional options may be
available: Set password (to
protect the multimedia card
against unauthorised use with
other devices), Change
password, Delete password,
Rename mem. card and Format
mem. card.
Warning: Formatting
your multimedia card
will delete all files and
folders stored on it.
3. If you have opened a folder,
select the file you want to view
and press Open or press Options
and use one of the following
functions that may be available
for the selected file:
• Delete, Send, Edit image,
Move, Rename, Set as
wallpaper, Set as ring tone,
Details, Type of view, Sort,
Delete all, Open in sequence,
Play, Zoom, Mute audio
(Unmute audio), Set contrast,
Add folder, Memory status.
