If you need help, the Nokia Care
Contact Center is available for
assistance. Before calling, we
recommend that you write down
the Electronic serial number (ESN)
or Mobile Equipment ID (MEID) and
have it available.
The ESN or MEID is found on the type
label, which is located beneath the
battery on the back of the phone. See "Remove the back cover," p. 19 and "Remove
the battery," p. 19.
