2 Lift out the battery.
Important battery information
• Recharge your battery only with a charger approved by Nokia.
• You can switch the phone on and use it for calls while the battery
is charging.
• If the battery is completely empty, it may take a few minutes before
the battery indicator appears on the screen.
• If the battery is completely empty, it may take a few minutes before
you can make or receive calls.
• The charging time depends on the charger and battery that you use.

Learn the keys
SELECTION KEYS
The left and right selection keys ( and )
are beneath each corner of the display.
Selection keys are used to enter, select, and
exit menus, submenus, and lists, while the
scroll key is used to navigate from within
those items. A selection key’s function is
always defined by the text that appears
above it in the display.
