plates). Is it OK?
Measure VOUT
voltage (pin4).
Is it ~2.8V?
Check VOUT-line (N100, L107, R103, C101,
C102, C112).
If not OK, change defect part and retest.

plates if dirty. Retest.

(pin3).
Is it ~0.83...1.13V?
Check ACI- line (L106,R103,R102,R109,C103).
If not OK, change defect part and retest.
