This command adds a text description for the ring path. The no form of this command removes the text
description.

This command configures the G.8032 path as a ring protection link end. The ring should be declared as
either a RPL owner or RPL neighbor for this command to be allowed. Only path a or path b can be declared
an RPL-end.
The no form of this command sets the rpl-end to default no rpl-end.
