  If the entire display of your NOMA Thermostat is flashing, it likely means the batteries are low. Replace them with new ones.

  If the air-conditioning on your NOMA Thermostat isn't turning on and the 'COOL' symbol isn't flashing, ensure the system switch isn't set to 'HEAT' or 'OFF'. Also, check if the current temperature is lower than the set temperature. Press the 'CURRENT' button to review the current program. Note that the air-conditioning may have been turned off within the last 5 minutes, activating an automatic delay to protect the compressor.

  If the current temperature displayed on your NOMA Thermostat differs from the scheduled temperature, remember that occasional differences are normal; the thermostat will activate if the difference persists. Also, check for a temporary override or if the system is on HOLD. Press the HOLD button once to resume the normal setting.

  If the heating on your NOMA Thermostat isn't turning on and the 'HEAT' symbol is flashing, check if the furnace switch and/or pilot flame is turned on, as they may have been turned off. Allow some time for the heater to heat up and the fan to activate. HE/HG jumper inside the thermostat is not set correctly. Check installation manual.
